Includes skills related to Lean Six Sigma and general Project Management.(810 years experience) As part of the Chevy Chase Bank integration, a resource is needed to help coordinate and drive activities related to a current state assessment of existing client and Chevy Chase business processes and systems. The resource will need to create tools and deliver artifacts for specified areas of a current state process inventory. An overlay of how current state systems align with those processes. An overlay of how existing products overlay those same processes and finally an assessment of the interaction points of the above. Once the current state assessment is complete, the team will move to developing the desired state and transition plans for the integration of the two bank entities. This work will involve the need for additional tools and deliverables to deliver the needed process redesigns.
