Description
1. Develop technical architecture and design documents for specific project initiatives.2. Responsible for ensuring the configuration, customizations and integration of the Aprimo and Onyx applications optimally address the current and future business needs of the LHEG business unit.3. Develop and maintain technical mastery of marketing and CRM applications (currently Aprimo and Onyx).4. Provide architectural guidance and planning for implementation and enhancement projects.5. Engage with project teams to model, design, and test advanced configurations, customizations and integration of Aprimo and Onyx Solutions.Participate in meetings where business processes, business requirements, operational requirements, performance objectives and development objectives are defined. Provide guidance to the business and project team with respect to feasibility, complexity, and high level of effort required to deliver a custom solution.
