A BSCS degree or its equivalentDemonstrated understanding of endtoend SCM process. Strong experience building and releasing desktop and web applications. Ability to advise on SCM best practicesExperience building and managing Java web applications, preferably in Unix environmentAbility to effectively partner across multiple development teams in large engineering environmentStrong tools knowledge. Sold working knowledge with Ant, Maven 2, hudson, and other open source build toolsproven experience implementing continuous build and test automation in a large scale environment a must proven experience driving large scale process and mindset change experience in a services space a strong plusexperience in an agile environment a strong plusCross platform (UNIX, Windows and Macintosh) build experience is a plusOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsMust be an outstanding team player and contribute to elevate team performanceSelfdirected and proactive app
