Description
Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including commitment to integrity, knowledge/quality of work, supporting financial goals of the company, initiative/motivation, cooperation/relationships, problem analysis/discretion, accomplishing goals through organization, positive oral/written communication skills, leadership abilities, commitment to Affirmative Action, reliability/dependability, flexibility and ownership/accountability of actions taken.Design and develop analytic and reporting solutions using COGNOS tool suite including metadata models and the reporting/analysis objects. Maintain the scheduling, distribution, and refresh for reports, views, and OLAPServe as a technical expert on COGNOS solutions; recommend ways for the user base to maximize the value of available functionality. Work with data modeler to develop data mart models, design specifications, and metadata documentation.
