Description
Collaborate to provide Web Service Engineering support functional and performance testing efforts.Tune, test, configure, deploy, patch and maintain Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat environments.Apply a broad understanding of system environments and utilities in analyzing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing modifications to existing systems.Identify and analyze system and application problems. Determine solutions; develop, test and implement fixes.Create and / or maintain system documentation.Respond to customer support calls as needed and participate oncall pager rotation and off hours activities.Interacts with resources in other teams and enterprise programs to obtain necessary foundation and codebase informationTroubleshoot issues with custom code base and third party hosting providers
