10+ years of progressive experience in designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with exposure to multiple software packages/vendors, programming languages and technology platformsSignificant practical experience with handson development, design, analysis and architecture of systems in a variety of contexts.Ability to understand how applications are architected and built and how they can best be integratedFoundational knowledge of other technical areas such as networks, capacity planning, security, and integrationRequires deep knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, AJAX toolkits, XML, XSLT.Strong experience with advanced concepts such as transactional development, asynchronous communication, multitier systems, clustering, etcKnowledge and experience with iterative development methodologies such as the Rational Unified Process (RUP)
