Minimum of 5 years of software development experienceDomain knowledge in finance & equity markets (traditional equities or options / risk arb & event driven).Expert skills in VC++Experience building applications (client/server) and client libraries on the Windows platform (MFC)Experience with multithreaded applicationsProven ability to deliver high quality codeProven demonstration of creativity and eye for presentation of applicationsExperience in the entire software development cycle (concept, design, development, testing, release, support)Strong communication skillsProven team playerFamiliarity with source control systems in a shared environmentExperience with STL
