Description
Evaluate the effectiveness of the PeopleSoft Contributor Relations application.Determine the effectiveness of the application as used by the Division of Advancement withrespect to future needs for our campaign and beyond. Determine which portions of theapplication are reasonably functional, and determine the costs associated with building theapplication to industry expectations. Evaluate the ability of Oracle to meet the demands of ourchanging environment. Provide a cost/ benefit analysis of converting to a different application,including a recommendation of a new solution.b. (25%) Evaluate the effectiveness of the processes between the functional and technical units inregards to effectiveness data extraction, application modifications, and customized reportingfeatures. Provide recommendations for improving the project management system utilized byAdvancement Services and CITC.c. (25%) Evaluate the health of the data in our alumni database.
