1. Support the development of a Future State Operating model and Solution design to include the following a) Coordination of future state design workshops with ABC SMEs, SI partner business process experts and software partner application experts.b) Define and document functional solution metric and value levers to support analytics of opportunity assessmentsc) Develop functional designs by subprocess to include i. Business process description, related business process scenarios and key business process decisionii. Business process flow or schematiciii. Identification of business process variations and gapsiv.
