Description
Develop strong understanding of current system & processes to support end user community with technical issues Partner with business clients on identifying areas for process and/or application functionality improvement and coordinate process through the Program Management Office (PMO) Strong business analyst tool set including process mapping , gap analysis, etc Support the consumer businesses globally Ability to adapt and be flexible Good decision making ability Excellent facilitation skills with business clients and other IS organizations team members Independent worker who when given general direction can independently determine and develop approach whose work is reviewed in terms of meeting objectives. Able to provide solutions to a wide range of problems BS/BA or MS/MA in IT field or related Business equivalent
