Description
AIX 5.2, 5.3 or 6.1 Certified. Additional platform certification preferred. SME of AIX core virtualization technologies (HACMP, VIOS, LPAR). SME of TCP/IP networking Cisco knowledge preferredCollege degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in resource, project or program management roles.Strong team skillsKnowledge of the project lifecycle and the application development lifecycle, role/skill relevancy by phase Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration and negotiation skills Experience in managing complex interactions with highlevel personnelRoles and Responsibilities An AIX Implementation Engineer's duties will include a combination of systems architecture, systems development, AIX OS lifecycle development, technical assessments, implementation engineering, regression process development, SAN support from a directory standpoint, technology scaling, server builds, migration.
