Description
Provides technical consulting and/or leadership on complex projects. Technically proficient in one or more areas of applications systems analysis and programming. May act as an expert in business or functional area. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Works mainframe environment on multiproject assignments. Ability to work with customers and project teams to define systems requirements accurately and thoroughly, formulate solution alternatives, reach agreements on appropriate solutions, develop work breakdown structures, identify dependencies, develop estimates, and convert conceptual designs into technical solutions.
