Description
Minimum 5 years experience with trading floor support. Reuters RMDS support and implementation is required. Strong UNIX skills (command line & scripting) is a MUST.Proficiency in scripting under PERL, CGI and SHELL.Knowledge of networks and protocols including (UDP, TCP/IP and MultiCast).Have good relational database skills (preferably Sybase)4 years experience with support of Thomson Reuters products, Bloomberg, CQG, Factset, IDB feeds and Dealing. Have good organizational and communication skills.Must have excellent problem solving skills, be detail oriented and have superb written and verbal communication abilities.Be able to interact well with Business and Technical personnel.Be selfmotivated and take responsibility for seeing tasks through to successful completion.Must have strong understanding of the vendor market data feed offerings including Reuters RDF, Bridge feed, Bloomberg and Direct Exchange Feeds.Proficiency in Microsoft Office produ
