34 years recent experience with administration of mySQL in a highly available high traffic web site. Minimum 24 years mySQL DBA experienceExperience in a highvolume or critical production service environment.Excellent communication and ability to work with other organizations within MotorolaEnthusiasm for helping a team set and achieve goalsWorking knowledge of Linux and basic network conceptsExcellent experience with DB architecture design and performance tuningExperience working with mySQL cluster / replicationMust have worked with engineering on DB performance tuningExperience with PostgreSQL / Oracle a plus
