Experienced with TCP/IP, Voice over IP (VoIP), Cisco IOS, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323 protocols, HTML, VXML, SQL, ICM, IPCCE, CVPAble to use a personal computer in a Windows environment; as well as Lotus Notes, Microsoft software and mainframe functionsSkilled with development of ICM routing scripts, Studio VXML applications and CVP scriptsAble to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting businessAble to manage work efficiently in order to complete multiple assignments in a timely manner and communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters as requested
