Description
1.) MUST HAVE 5+ years of previous implementation and or support experience working with Oracle 11i EBusiness Suite (Financials, Purchasing and iProcurement, HRMS, Oracle Real Estate Management) The emphasis of this will be with Oracle Financials support (AP, AR, GL, FA etc.) 2.) MUST HAVE experience doing thirdlevel support tickets analysis, issue resolution, as well as implementing application setups during routine deployments and upgrades. 3.) MUST HAVE experience acting as a liaison between IT and internal customers for day to day support. 4.) MUST HAVE experience/exposure of SQL, or PL/SQL or UNIX for troubleshooting purposes
