Independently Facilitate discussions to define work breakdown structures, estimate work effort and resource load project plans utilizing Microsoft Project Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Independently facilitate discussions to resolve complicated crossteam issues Independently track progress on team activities and direct corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule Independently measure progress and report results to project leadership Prepares project plans, including project scope and objectives, scope definition, deliverables, and project schedules, defines project activities and estimates effort to meet project goals and objectives. Working with PepsiCo Senior Management and dispersed team members Tracks requested project changes
