Required Skills 1. Minimum 4+ years experience with Flash development2. Excellent knowledge of both ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0.3. Strong experience with Flex Development4. Experience working closely with UI designers5. Experience developing at least large Flash application 6. Strong knowledge of objectoriented programming and design skills.7. Ability to produce prototypes quickly Pluses 1. Experience with Flash Lite is highly desirable2. Experience with C++ and/or Java.
