Description
Perform initial analysis of problems and report faults using tracking tools such as ClearQuest/DMSVerify test results in Mercury Quality CenterInteract with other teams to recreate issuesFluency in Arabic languageShould be an Engineer with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience. Verification in a cellular information technology (GSM, CDMA or TDMA) is highly desired.Strong communication, coordination, organization, and reporting skills required.The ability to independently coordinate and followup with other team members on a peer level basis. Experience with most or all of the tools listed DMS ClearQuest, Mercury Quality Center, Aspect SIM Smart Station, Anite/SAS, Racal 6103, MTTE/MOTAPP, Proprietary phone software loading and logging tools, MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).
