Data Analyst Need someone to manage the CAD databases for housing and diningWill create and track additional layers of data to track new dataWill define assets, develop block libraries, Will assist in data collection and developmentThis person will be responsible for Data modeling and Data analysis for the physical buildings., and doing product Data discovery and identifying metadata.Skills/Experience Requirements The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include Experience with Oracles and SQL Database experience Data Governance and Data Quality is required Strong in Oracle/SQL, analytical skills, Data analysis, and on how the application runs Have a strong background in business and building architecture ER studio, Data quality using any tool is fine, building Data quality, validation, consults analysis on Data quality monitoring processes Must have strong communication, for Data governance and Data quality and having technical skills to work with the development teams Data Modeling is huge Strong in Oracle/SQL, analytical skills, Data analysis, and on how the application runs Have a strong background in knowing how the facilities business operates Strong knowledge of CAD systemsSkills OLAP PL/SQL Oracle SQL Data Modeling Data Warehousing
