Guide and direct the Sitecore CMS Web Development Team in the areas of Installation, Architecture, Data Design, .NET Development, Configuration Management, Security Administration, Content Editing, and Internal training of employees in using Sitecore. Responsible for recommendations on the Sitecore CMS development process in Agile environmentInstall and troubleshot multiple instances of Sitecore CMS 6.0 to DEV, QA, and Production environmentsArchitect designs from Design Team into Sitecore from HTML to .NET environmentUnderstand and direct in best practices for design when building website architecture with layouts (Web Forms) and sublayouts (Web User Controls)Fulllife cycle development for web applications within Sitecore from concept to productionResponsible for troubleshooting uptime and making performance recommendations of Sitecore in Production environment
