Description
The Payer Installation Consultants team in the shared services operations group is responsible for overall support, implementation and maintaining payer products on Linux UNIX and Windows (LUW) and multiple database platforms. Candidates must be proficient in LUW operating systems and related components. Have a good understanding of DBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, Windows web services environment. Candidates must be able to learn quickly to install/upgrade and troubleshoot Payer Healthcare products supported by the group. In addition the candidates should have strong communication and technical documentation skills. Essential DaytoDay Responsibilities Overall support applications on LUW server environments including level 34 support and participation in 24x7 on call rotation. There might be some need in the next 24 months on certain occasions. Installations and upgrades including 3rd party install/configuration coordinate application backups. Work on account teams in a collaborative/consultative fashion in a matrix level organization. Develop operations task/training materials and unique system configurations. Provide assistance to Product Support (Level I & II). Support security risk assessment team with application user provisioning and design, develop, monitor and implement custom monitoring tools on LUW platforms.
