IT BPM - Warehousing and Logistics

Description

Act as a domain expert/advisor to Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and the business leaders to develop solutions that leverage existing capabilities. This may require reengineering of business processes to enhance performance. Support project(s) throughout the project phases to ensure the designed solution supports the business requirements, alerting project and IT leadership when there are potential disconnects.Liaise with project sponsors, business partners and other managers within the function and within the business, managing expectations for the business requirements and solution design process.In concert with the Business Partner team, collaborate on research and education of business stakeholders on state of the art business processes/supporting technology and their implications for Dr Pepper Snapple Group.Report status updates of related initiatives and identify opportunities, dependencies and risks associated with delivery of agreed upon projects and service level agreements (SLA) from the requirements and solutions perspective.Provide subject matter expertise on existing IT solutions and systems to multiple business organizations. Create enhancements and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
