IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Description

The Senior IT Project Manager will work with Business Owners to define project requirements, build business case, help prioritize solutions, and scope the effort required to deliver these solutions. The Senior IT Project Manager will write and or contribute to statement of work (SOW), create RFPs and assist in vendor identification and selection, lead business process reengineering, create or assist process maps, contribute to training materials for solutions. You must possess experience in implementing infrastructure projects; must be results oriented self starter who can effectively navigate a large organization, domestic and international. The individual will be accountable for managing a portfolio of projects that are small to large, enabling successful project delivery through disciplined project and program management processes and close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization. Other duties include Implement project framework in conjunction with the Visa project management methodology (including status reporting and metrics) Develop and manage project plans which include risk analysis and mitigation plans Ensure project issues are tracked, escalated to management as appropriate, managed and resolved Develop and implement a project communication plan Ensure crosstrack dependencies are identified and managed Leverage and or implement change management mechanism to effectively manage project scope Ensure compliance with all data center facilities change management processes and reliability programs Manage the development and implementation of a data center strategy with a diverse cross organizational team and business owners
