Description
Provide support for the installation, configuration, and deployment of Hyperion 9. Review and make suggestions for improvement for an existing Hyperion 8 environment; support the implementation and configuration of approved improvement suggestions. Provides consultation to local lines of business and assist them with information technology decisions and implementations related to Hyperion BI. Creates and updates written documentation for Hyperion 8 and 9. Provides team leads with written status reports for projects and tasks Provides knowledge transfer to IT technical staff and business users as required. Required SkillsBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; coursework in MIS and/or Hyperion 8 or 9 certification is preferable. 6+ years experience supporting and administering Hyperion or similar BI environments. To include 2+ years technical project management experience. 2+ years experience writing technical documentation 2+ years experience training and mentoring junior team members Significant experience with Oracle and MS SQL RDBMS
