Description
Understanding of the QRM application from QRM. If no QRM knowledge is available, then the contractor must exhibit and have shown an ability to learn the functions of the QRM product, and have the necessary communication skills to work with business people to effectively use the QRM system. Define the business needs that QRM needs to solve. Identify and develop mitigation strategies for any issues found within a business areas use of QRM. Provide direction to the technical staff to ensure the QRM functionality is fully utilized to provide solutions to the business areas. Impart QRM knowledge to the business areas on how to effectively use the QRM product to meet M&Is business needs.Impart QRM knowledge to the IT technical staff to ensure the QRM product is able to function properly.
