Description
1. Works with the organization to design and implement new business processes.2. Provides expertise in multiple Oracle functional areas such as Financials, Manufacturing, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, HRMS and OTL.3. Provides support to business units and work with the IT team to resolve critical issues.4. Identifies, documents and expedites resolution of Oracle functionality issues. Tracks and expedites Oracle SR (Service Requests) and assists with the planning and testing of updates and patches.5. Configures Oracle Module as needed and develops/maintains functional specifications for customization.6. Coordinates testing of system and business processes.7. Plans and conducts regression tests, user acceptance tests, and rollouts.8. Works with other members of IT to define and test system security parameters including responsibilities, request sets, and system access.9. Implements functional/configuration changes associated with change/enhancement requests according to governance process.
