Description
Thomson Reuters Markets is looking for a Project Manager to lead the global integration of CISICO Contact Center into all Thomson Reuters Call Centers. This position will be required to support all infrastructure aspects of this program. Candidate must have CISICO Contact Center, IPCC, UCC and Call Center background. Candidate must be strong with implementation, ITIL processes and developing support models for new implementations. Looking for someone to develop management processes including Change, Configuration, Incident and Support. The Ideal Candidate would have 5 years working with Call Center Environments 5 years Program Management experience Proficiency with CISCO Contact Center Data Center Implementations College Degree or equivalent experience PMP Certified Flexible availability for work hours to change frequently Clear verbal and written communication Experience working with all levels of management including Executive Level Ability to work without direction; take initiative; be a self starter Proficiency in MS Operating Systems and Local Networks
