Description
The RSP Engineer should have indepth knowledge of the transport networks for a third generation mobile wireless network and should be an expert on Alcatel 7670 RSP. Should have sound knowledge of Equipment such as MGW, MSS, DCS, ATM, IP, UMTSRNC, etc and will be required to coordinate and work closely with TMobile teams (TierII, regional and market operations), vendors and equipment such as, Alcatel, Nokia, and Tellabs. Peer groups within the Regional Team include Project Management, Transport Engineering, Planning, Network Engineering, Operations, Network Provisioning, RF Engineering, Regional Cell Site Development, and Facilities.Develops Methods of Procedures (MOP) and reviews with market Operations. Develops detail engineering design package (EDP) for installation and integration design.Provide training to the TMobile market switch operations team.
