Description
1. Gather user requirements either directly , conduct system analysis,impact analysis, High level and low level design, Seek clarifications fromthe users, Test data preparation, exposure to production and developmentsupport2. Having Fund transfer and Wires exposure is good to have3. Attending to engineering activities like Design/coding/testing/reviewing etc.4. Application Maintenance and Support5. Accepting. Acknowledging, Responding and resolving cases as per theSLAs6. System/feed monitoring and process restarts7. Diagnosis of repetitive failures, trouble shooting, debug etc8. Handle User queries, work on enhancements and case analysis9. Preparation of appropriate documentations and knowledge transfer10. Monitoring/handling operational activities11. Exposure to production support activities like Installing changes intothe production environment12. Provide UAT support to users
