Description
Four or more years experience in Telecommunications, System Architecture or Computer Science Experience with full life cycle development methodologies Proven ability to write functional specifications from written marketing requirements and engineering responses to marketing requirements. Organizational skills; able to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information Listening and interviewing skills; able to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say; Able to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information In addition, candidates must have experience in one or more the following areas Object Oriented Analysis and Design Internet and thin client architecture Firewalls and Network Security TCP/IP and Network topologies Application development in C, C++, JAVA, XML Telecommunications Embedded systems design in both Hardware and Software Database programming Distributed & largescale systems design on different platforms, especially Windows & Linux VoIP Protocols including SIP Management Systems Graphical User Interface
