Novell IDM Technical Engineer

Description

Design, develop and implement the directory services components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning, and compliance.Serve as the technical engineer in the use of key technologies and applications design, specifically those deployed at AIGServe as key resource, consulting with senior business clients and IT management to ensure alignment with overall IT technology strategy, which is crucial to the success of critical, major systems, projects and innovationsAssist in the evaluation of vendor infrastructure technologies and provide tactical and strategic solutions to technology and business area.Work with the Corporate Systems BUs as needed as a technical resource on specific IT infrastructure projects.Work in collaboration with Corporate Systems to assist in defining business requirements in implementing advanced technologies and to ensure compliance to AIG OCIO standards.Keep abreast of technology and business issues within AIG and the industry what would affect the divisions ongoing needs. Research specific areas of interest to the CTO and present findings.May serve as Project Lead on critical projects.
