Description
Will be responsible for administering the technical support for webinars hosted on an Adobe Connect platform. Includes trouble shooting connection issues and fielding technical questions from the participants while the webinar is in progress. Will partner with Adobe Connect rep as required for 3rd level support. Additionally, may be responsible for maintaining the departments sharepoint site including creating pages.
