Amerigroup currently have Altiris installed in our environment. The current solution provides a ticketing solution that is highly customized. We are also in the early stages of configuring the Asset Management area. The person will be responsible for implementing an Altiris solution from the requirements that will be presented. These requirements will be documented so that it will be clearly understood of our expected outcome. 5 + years developing Altiris Solutions for Helpdesk and Asset Management Provide examples of Altiris Ticketing solutions that the candidate has done previously Provide examples of Altiris Asset Management solutions that the candidate has done previously Indepth knowledge of SQL creating custom reports for Helpdesk, Asset Management, and Application Metering Solutions using Altiris, SQL, and Microsoft Report Services. Altiris Workflow Solution expertise using Helpdesk/Service Desk components, SQL components, as well as creating Altiris Workflow forms. ACE in Asset Management and Helpdesk preferred. Expertise in Helpdesk validation rules, routing rules, notification rules, and automation rules. Knowledge of Barscan Solution.
