Description
1. 10+ years of experience with 6+ years as an Oracle DBA for Data Warehouses. The DBA should be proficient in Oracle 9i and 10g. 2. Should have worked in environments with more than 2 Terabytes of data, preferably from the Telecom space (as the data in Telecom has been noticed to have the highest relation complexity). The DBA should have managed databases with over 2 Terabytes of data. 3. Should have experience in putting together sizing around databases based on information provided by the Technical Architect 4. Have worked with Data Modeling tools from a physical database perspective In the sense that we would like him/her to generate the physical database using functionality available in a data modeling tool 5. Have a clear understanding of configuration / optimization techniques in oracle 6. Proficient in UNIX, Shell Scripting, PLSQL
