1. Strong analytical and technical design skills. Experience (minimum 7 years) in creating detail technical specifications, class diagrams, sequence diagrams etc. Full life cycle project experience from requirements to rollout using RUP methodology.2. Excellent handson core Java skills, including (7+ years)concurrent programming/multithreadedSQL/JDBC, including batchingTCP/IPpublishsubscribe messaging (preferably TIBCO Rendezvous)Database schema design and performance implicationsCollectionsRegular expressionsExperience writing efficient, highthroughput Java code3. Experience working with Oracle database.4. Must have strong hands on design experience using object oriented paradigm.5. Familiarity with profiling Java applications using commercial or open source profilers, Good understanding of JVM arguments and parameters,Understanding of how to tune a JVM and Garbage Collection6. Strong Linux/Unix experience includingBasic navigation
