Description
Resource must have significant experience leading QA teams focused on one or more applications. Must be conversant with testing strategies including risk based testing. Must display deep understanding of developing and communicating metrics and status to all levels of the organization. Manage business sponsors expectations to ensure delivery of solutions. Insurance Industry experience is a mustTo manage teams of business analysts, technicians, administrators, engineers, other vendors, quality teams, and support teams in accomplishing project objectives within budget and scope of the project using proven project management methodologies. This includes providing effective project management, meeting project timeframes and budget requirements, motivating team members, and supporting overall corporate objectives. Assist in the project estimation by preparing preliminary project plan schedules and budgets for incorporation into Project Initiation documents. Assist in the identification of project staffing requirements, and participate in the selection of team members.
