C# .NET Lead

Description

Expert level C#/.NET skills and strong background in application development but still possess an attitude of learning and continual selfimprovement. Demonstrated capability as a developer in Objectoriented design & development in the distributed environments using C#, C++, and/or Java. Working knowledge in relational databases. Familiarity of Oracle Pl/SQL, triggers and stored procedures is a big plus. Solid understanding of the Windows and .NET platforms at a systems level is expected. A deep understanding of .NET memory management, multithreading, and network communications are very important. Candidate must have experience working with with Kofax Ascent Capture. They must know how to maintain and support integration of this application. Also, a big plus is if the candidate is familiar with document capture, imaging, and workflow solutions. Strong debugging, maintenance, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills. Ability to identify bottlenecks, potential problems in multiprocess, multithreaded code is a plus. Experience creating unit test programs to verify correct functioning of server applications and services. A thorough understanding of software usability and GUI design.
