Description
This role will be responsible for executing a plan to migrate AQCadministered documents to CDMS, and provide expertise to establish working practices for AQC going forward. Key activities will include Establish CDMS repository and structure for AQC administered documents Develop a projectbased documentation including a migration plan, document index / register, risks and issues log, etc. Establish procedures / governance for AQC document management processes, including workflows, archiving, naming conventions, registers, etc. Migrate existing documents into CDMS, including remediation of document formats, keywords, metadata, etc. as needed Plan for impacts caused by altering legacy document names, locations, etc. Execute activities against a project plan, including various coordination activities such as training sessions, communications, stakeholder updates, etc. Experienced in Document Management administration activities within an IT environment (i.e. fileshare based systems and/or automated DM tools, e.g. eDM, CDMS). Candidate must have experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Experience within the CDMS document system is preferred, including activities such as file migration, folder setup, workflowsExperience with GSK iQMS framework is preferredExperience with the creation of governance documentation including document management procedures and system access plans, is desired. Experience authoring project related documentation such as project plans, migration plans, risk/issue logs, etc. is desiredUnderstanding of change control procedures
