Description
Looking for ICM developer 9+ years experience as a Cisco ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) developer. Knowledge & experience in ICM routing development; translation routes, building new queues, ICM configuration and scripting, testing and validation. Must have ICM development epxerience, not just installation and upgrade experience for Cisco ICM. Experience working with various types of ACD switches Aspect, Avaya, Rockwell. Experience with Cisco internetworking technolgies related to VOIP solutions such as Call Manager, IPCC, CVP.
