This is a Service Management project for Kohl's. Our SM suite of tools, Remedy, needs an upgrade applied as well as configuration of installed modules and installation of new modules. High level activities Upgrade to version 7.5.Asset ManagementChange ManagementConfiguration ManagementAutomated reporting Solid project management skills and experience in ITIL, or Remedy 7.0 or greater. Project management skills are the priority. Will work with a BMC development / configuration staff
