Must have COBOL , DB2 is a plusMust have strong technical specification writing, analyze/review current program logic, write technical specifications/make recommendations for coding, perform Quality Assurance once coding is done.Must also have strong overall knowledge of IT, good analytical and problem solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Self motivated, minimal supervision and ability to multi task.Needs to be able to review current program logic and jobs and write technical specifications.
