Project Manager/IT Policy & Risk Assessment Lead

Responsible for the development and maintenance of technology standards and policies in accordance with internal / external regulations and industry best practice Oversee risk assessment, tracking and remediation across all technology areas within the firm to demonstrate regulatory compliance (FFIEC, FDIC, and SOX) Develop business cases and implement all necessary tools to support the risk management agenda. Serve as the point person for internal and external audit, regulators and other appropriate areas within the firm such as legal / compliance. Continually evaluate the organization against corporate, government and internal compliance standards in a proactive manner Review vulnerability matrices and interpret impact to organization. Support and report on Investigations and incident response, assessing for risk and impact to the organization Develop and execute remediation plans Liaise with Business Information Security officers, Internal and External Audit partners and all levels of IT organization Track and communicate compliance and risk issues and report to the appropriate management committees Act as a change agent to influence the I/S and corporate compliance culture. Serve as proxy for the Chief Information Security Officer as required
