SAP MM /Procurement/IM Consultant

Description

Develop configuration of SAP MM (PR) Procurement (PR); recommend modifications and enhancements to the system design. Some SAP MM (IM) Inventory Management. Develop reports to confirm conversion and or identify data discrepancies Beta test configuration and integration testing for technical issues related to data and process integrity,. Identify discrepancies in data across multiple systems under testing phase and recommend changes. Develop timelines for development, testing, and implementation of new configuration. Use the Mercury QTP for document and testing of the configuration. Develop and maintain technical documents related to interface. Create and maintain user manuals and related documentation configuration. Conduct training sessions for LACCD personnel on the configuration design and development. Collaborate with senior management regarding status of development and report and issue and as appropriate. Skills/Experience Briefly stated description of request. This position will be assigned to a key project to support the development of Setting up Material Management Procurement for the purchasing in support of the LACCD Bond Construction project.. The project requires additional configuration of SAP Procurement to support the procurement function. The position requires a candidate with strong technical and analytical skills as well strong business and communication skills. It requires somebody who has previous experience in the following areas 1) Procurement Configuration, 2) Inventory Management, and 3) Accounts Payable Configuration, with solid understanding of the associated SAP tables as related to SAP MMPR 4) proficient Material Management in PR/IM Business Process within an SAP Environment. Candidate must have the following experience. At least 35 demonstrated SAP Full Live Cycle project implementations in Material Management with an emphasis in configuration including procurement and Inventory Management. Candidate must have 35 years experience and strong MM configuration skills and proficient at documentation. Good communication and presentations skill a must
