Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all technical levelsAnalyzing, implementing and managing Oracle ERP 11i financial software development projectsExtensive experience with implementations of Oracle ERP Grants ComponentAppropriate Oracle software certificationsUnderstanding the flow of data within Oracle ERPDeveloping and presenting training materials for endusers and technical staffDeveloping documentation of the type specified in the Statement of WorkImplementing enterprise level IT solutionsApplying project development methodologiesAnalyzing business processesExperience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysisDeveloping specification documentsPreparing shortrange and longrange plansExperience with workflow systems in financial systemsUnderstanding accounting transactions and dataExperience with Texas State agencies on financial or accounting systems would be helpful
