Will be a Creative Problem solver.Will have EXPERT tool knowledge around SQL Server, especially TSQL, SSIS, SSAS, Performance Tuning.Will be self starter / self motivatedWill enjoy a fast paced work environmentWill enjoy working with leading edge technologies.Can act as internal consultant10% SQL (DB Development)25% TSQL (Stored Procedure / Functions / Query Etc Development )40% SSIS (ETL Development)10% SSAS (ASDB Development)15 % SSAS (MDX Development)Ability to assist SSRS Developers around complex issuesFamiliarity with PerformancePoint and SharePoint MOSSOther ETL Tools, especially InformaticaOther RDBMS experience, especially Oracle
