Monitor the performance of the Operations shift that works in the NA Operations Command Center as defined in Service Level Agreements and work instructions (includes batch processing, server and web monitoring, backup monitoring, and application monitoring)Ensure that all procedures and processes are followed throughout the shift by all members of the Operations teamAct as shift lead responsible for management escalations, decisionmaking to reduce downtime, ensure all systems are being watched by each technical tower in the command center, lead shift turnover activitiesInteracts with the team lead to identify recurring issues, suggest improvements to daytoday activities, and reduce exposures to the business.Make decisions in a technical environment that includes a wide array of technologies Windows, Linux, AIX, Legato, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Tivoli TEC, Microsoft Operations Manager, SAP, and more.
