Description
He/she shall perform architecture planning in support of general IT initiatives. The candidate will focus on requirements and design phases, support development, testing and issue escalation.The candidate will manage and promote use of IT standards, serve as subject matter expert (SME) to client projects and provide support for project team members.He/she may be required to lead a small team of developers, perform architecture designs and solve complex module and system level application issues.Key qualifying skills 4 to 6 years of related work experience.Preference will be given to candidates who have specific expert knowledge of as many of the following Java J2EE, J2SEUnix (IBMAIX) and Linux (RHEL)WASEnterprise Architecture technologies, Garbage Collection and Enterprise Application tuning.Must have excellent understanding and working knowledge of NIX platformsExcellent understanding of the J2EE application model Should be able to read, modify, and create shell scriptsWeb Application Servers, e.g. WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, JBoss
