Strong Java skills (deep knowledge of core Java)Strong Java web & J2EE skills (+/JDBC/JMS)Strong Spring framework skills (IoC container, WebFlow and MVC, data access with JDBC & Hibernate)Automated testing (unit testing, integration testing, use of stub/mock object frameworks, Spring integration testing support)Knowledge of object oriented design and common GoF design patternsGood knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Velocity)Experience with ORM (e.g. Hibernate)Knowledge of build technologies (Ant, Ivy, Maven)Database Development (preferably with Oracle 9i/10g)Knowledge of Subversion_ Investment Banking (Trading, Equities, Derivatives) experience is Must.Desirable Experience Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologiesContinuous Integration and CI build servers (e.g. Team City)Domaindriven designGWT experienceOracle performance tuningApache HTTP web server deployment and configurationTomcat deployment and configurationExperience of the trade lifecycle and the trade booking lifecycle
