Description

Works closely with the business managers and instore personnel to identify and document business processes and systems requirements Reviews existing computer system and automation capabilities, workflow, controls, and integration, and makes recommendations for continuous improvement Writes vendor specifications and product enhancement requests for new product functionality and integration Tests and evaluates new applications, hardware, and MFG technologies, and makes recommendations for implementation and use Coordinates/manages testing of software enhancements . Provides ongoing vendor management of key products and services Maintains disciplined change control procedures over the application environments Provides proactive problem management of all Manufacturing applications Provides enduser application troubleshooting Provides level two support for Manufacturing applications Is a constant advocate for the Manufacturing environment and business staff Requirements Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with 23 years of practical handson Mfg application experience Demonstrated project management skills (group organization, communication, material preparation, task management, and cost benefit/financial analysis) Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite including OPM, WMS, iProcurement, iSupplier, Demantra, UPK, Loftware and Business Intelligence Strong Analytical and problem resolution skills Experience with Oracle & Java based applications, familiar with SQL scripting. 23 years of database experienceProven Vendor Management and specification design Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for any candidates considering this position
